Our client is real estate firm who is looking for a Part-Time Receptionist to be the face of their office. This positon is a temp to hire role and will be working a schedule of Monday-Thursday from 9 am to 4 pm.
Responsibilities/Qualifications include:
Supporting the office in an administrative capacity including answering phones, managing conference rooms, greeting clients, expenses, filing, ordering supplies, and doing ad-hoc projects as needed.
1-3 years of administrative experiences
Bachelor?s degree preferred
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft software
Ability to work 26 hours per week
