Online Data Verification and research

We have collected data on companies that needs verifying and completing. This data needs checking to make sure the contact information matches the company we are targeting. Approx. 50% or more of the rows will be correct, no further work is required, other than just visually checking the information looks correct (using common sense!) - where the information is obviously wrong or missing, then we would need you to try and find the correct information for that company using Google and the tips we provide. The data to verify is served to you on an online system that takes you through the steps of verifying each contact. Multiple people are working on this project, and contacts are assigned on a first come first serve basis. You will be notified via the UpWork message board each time a new batch of data is loaded. Important: Applicants that are chosen for this job will first have to pass a test where we will check for accuracy - we will pay you your hourly rate for the time spent on this test and depending on results, your contract will either be cancelled or you will be assigned work.
