I worked as an Associate Marketing Specialist for an international bank. We answer Due Diligence Questionnaires and Request For Proposals from institutional prospective and existing clients. Aside from ensuring that all questions are answered correctly, we also make sure that the documents we submit are up to the standards set by the global marketing team. We have checks and templates for formatting making sure that alignment, indentions, spelling (UK/US), margins, document size, and general proofreading tasks are properly done. We also provide assistance in converting documents from one format to another (Word Document to PDF, Powerpoint to Word Document, Excel Spreadsheet to Powerpoint, etc.) as well general design and support for any marketing collateral the company may need.
My experience have developed efficiency amidst handling huge amount of data without compromising accuracy. I have also developed problem solving skills and independence due to the liberty given by the management to use proper judgement and inculcating when to properly escalate issues. I have professional experience and expertise using Microsoft Suite but I am just as well-versed with the Google Suite as I use it for my personal needs.
