I have an excellent background in customer service and over 7 years of experience in delivering high-quality customer satisfaction. During my tenure as a customer service specialist in the BPO industry, I was able to contribute to the strength of my team while forging stronger relationships with our clients. Then, I started to work remote last January as an Inside Sales Agent for a US Real Estate where I help home buyers get the house that matches their criteria.
My most recent job was in a CRM start-up company for Real Estate and Brokerages, Contactually where I worked as an email customer support. I respond to inbound email support requests, file tickets if needed to get back to the customer and determine if the issue needs to be passed on to the Engineers.

On top of this, I possess strong empathy for my customer’s needs, take great pride in the products that I sell, and have a tremendous work ethic.
