(demonstrate your knowledge and proven abilities) Scanning in of past bank statements for ~90 bank accounts over the past 10 years (not all accounts have existed this long) so there is a digital copy and import that data into Quickbooks. Set up a reminder system that you can set up to ensure that the deposits are made on a timely basis. Explain your proposed method) Can Quickbooks be used to "schedule" these regular deposits? (48-60 annual transaction, based upon 12-15 quarterly transactions.) Or would this need to set this up through an Online Banking system? Or are there alternate methods that might be easier or preferred for other reasons? (state preference and reasons) What might it cost to set this up initially? What would ongoing costs be for the quarterly activities? What are the costs for a Quickbooks cloud based service? If you can do this cost effectively there are a good number of other bookkeeping items that you could also be engaged to do on a regular basis. Can you additionally please provide details on the privacy safeguards you have in place and how stable your employee roster is? do you do all the work?
