IT / Software companies in S. Asia

I am interested in compiling a list of Indian and Pakistani IT/Software companies specializing in application and systems development. Preferably with strength / partner certification in Microsoft, Cisco, Oracle and the like. The companies must be minimum 300 employees. The provider would be required to complete an excel sheet or enter the data directly into a webform. Information that would be required would include: Name of company, address, phones, website CEO, name and contact information, email, and etc expertise, certifications, number of employees and etc. An excel template would be send to the winning bidder listing all fields This is quick, low cost, and secondary research project. All data must be accurate and up to date. There should be a good mix of technologies, all should not be Microsoft based or oracle based. The final list must include at least 1000 company (80% Indian and 20% Pakistani) names and must have at least 100% of the required / mandatory fields complete.
