I have a designing programme "Signpal". I also have a GCC Cutter. The programme was loaded and the laptop was sending the message to the GCC to cut. It has stopped working all of a sudden and it says the production manager is offline. I might have further issiues in the future re technical problems. I need someone who can log into team viewer when required and fix these issues. I am in New Zealand. Thanks Michelle
