Elizabeth & Clarke is a RTW womenswear brand based in New York. We design chic and accessible closet essentials for working women. The company has a unique focus on utilizing technical fabrics and the latest in textile engineering to solve real-world problems. We have received press from The New York Times, Good Morning America, the TODAY Show, InStyle, BuzzFeed, Refinery29, and Fast Company. Our line is sold through our direct-to-consumer website and carried by QVC. We are looking for a Senior Customer Service Manager with 5 to 10 years of experience who is well spoken, responsible, an excellent writer, upbeat, and a true team player. As a core member of our start-up team, you will have the opportunity to interact directly with our high-value VIP clientele and founding team. Responsibilities: • Work directly with clients via email, phone, and social channels to respond to shipping, billing, and product inquiries • Build strong relationships with each of our clients by compassionately resolving their issues or concerns • Process customer orders, returns, refunds, and exchanges using our internal software systems • Work closely with our warehouse manager to resolve any inventory or shipping issues • Compile, analyze, and present customer feedback on a quarterly basis, including your recommendations for improvement Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, PR, or similar • Excellent writing, grammar, and speaking abilities • Upbeat, energetic, and very good with people • Extremely organized, detail-oriented, and able to meet deadlines • True team player with a ‘can-do’ attitude • Desire to learn, grow, and take the initiative to push yourself. This is an unstructured environment, and you will be expected to stay organized and on time as well as contribute new ideas and then execute on those ideas • Experience with Helpscout, Excel, and MailChimp a plus Compensation & Benefits: • Competitive hourly compensation commensurate with experience • Approximately 15-40 hours per week • Ability to work remotely, but must be able to travel to our office in Manhattan for training and meetings

I am customer service consultant who works remotely with business from different industries globally, sensitive to culture and easily adapts to the business environment of the client. I have worked with a UK-based media company, with the oldest publishing firm in the UK, with a telecommunications omnichannel HQ in the US and a marketing leads campaign company with 85% of client based in North America. While RTW and the fashion industry is new to me, customer service isn't. The basics of customer service is in every DNA of those who have had exposures to it. It always is in the best interest of the client that should be in the frontline and not let emotional set-back get the better of you. As an accounts receivable consultant who engages to business to business and business to consumers in the 8 years of my career, I have learned to be professional at whatever the circumstances are, and always ensure that I represent my kind of customer service parallel to the ideals and professional workmanship of the company. Here's my proposal: 1. Facilitate in the order management aspects of the business flow, including billing and collections. Ensuring that invoices sent to the client is in accordance with the terms and conditions agreed upon. 2. Train staff and build strong relationship with the clients by understanding not only their need but on how they run their business operations for the smoother flow of payments, processing of refunds and rebates, and all after-sales concerns.

Moreover I have also worked for call centers as sales and support manager for different campaigns; some of them were, Bell Canada, sears Canada, cosmopolitan heating and cooling appliances, these call center jobs have inculcated in me customer service skills of better communication, negotiation and empathizing with customers and finding a sweet spot to make my space in customer's circle.
