Hi, My name is Prabhu George Stephen. I am from bangalore - India. I have an overall experience of 18 years in the Call center Industry. I have worked and managed Inbound / Outbound Voice Projects comprising of both Customer Support and sales. I have also managed Non Voice Projects. I started my career as a call center executive and worked up my career ladder to become Deputy manager operations. I then resigned and moved on to start up my own call center in India. I am currently offering my services as a freelancer and working from home. I am also looking for a change and am ready to work from office.
