My client is currently attempting to use Word files converted to HTML to send out customer communication via email. This is not a functional solution.
Client would like a responsive HTML email template that works seamlessly in outlook (they are Office 365 users). PLEASE DO NOT SUBMIT A BID IF YOU ARE NOT CONFIDENT THAT YOUR SOLUTION WILL WORK IN OUTLOOK. DO NOT SUBMIT A BID IF YOU ARE NOT WILLING TO CHECK YOUR CODE IN OUTLOOK BEFORE DELIVERING.
All copy, headings, and logos will be supplied. This does not need to be overly designed. While it should be aesthetically pleasing, it should be simple.
Here are the client's desires:
- It must be easy/one step to cut-and-paste into an existing email (no text boxes)
- All links must be functional for the recipient
- Text must be easy to edit (sometimes sentences are changed or omitted)
- It must be one step to copy in information into the blank fields from another source and/or type details in open fields
- While section headers will be in bold, the information copied or typed in must NOT automatically appear as bold (e.g. fields for name, address, phone, account number)
- Emails must be appropriately displayed across all email clients (including colors and centering if that is used).
