Urgent Website Update-Drupal

Hi,we have to urgent require to update my website..there will only 2 points..this job will be done max 24 hour,

only experience freelancer bid....

1) On the home page, I would also want to put a banner on the right side of the page, that I could change my self as we add or take away groups or programs out of our office. I want there to be the option to upload a photo or text so we can make changes very quickly and not have to have any down time on this.

2)We also have a few forms that we want clients to be able to access only if we give them permission. They will get these forms through word or PDF. They then can print out these forms for therapy sessions in the future. We also want a field in the same location where clients can email us their insurance benefits to be verified before their first therapy session. We should be able to have a tab they can click through that will then given them a access code. When they put this code into the field and click submit, they will then see the forms.
