Long Term Real Estate Copywriters (copywriter) Wanted - (Part Time Assistant - Virtual Assistant)

I am looking for a real estate copywriter that can create original real estate related content based off of current events and market news, along with the general real estate topics (home staging, why homes don’t sell, how to sell your home, etc…). It is extremely crucial that you can write on current events and create unique content that has an opinion to the viewer reading it. We don’t want articles that are so wishy-washy. We expect you to have a position on each piece, regardless of the topic. MAKE IT PERSONAL. The content has to be good enough to make people want to link to it. We will pay $5 per article and expect 3 articles a week for each one of our clients. At this moment we need another copywriter for an additional ten clients. So that is 30 articles per week at $5 each. **Please advise that you have a lot of room to grow with our company. For the winning bidder, you will be considered to have a position with our company in which you can head our copywriting division as a virtual assistant (assuming your content and work ethic are great). If this happens for you, you will earn a pay of $1000 a month to oversee the copywriting and be responsible for finding new copywriters as we grow and get more clients. And as our client list grows so will your pay for overseeing and finding the copywriting talent. Here are my requirements. If you cannot do every single one of these then do not waste your time or my time and bid. You will not be considered without meeting all of them: **Most importantly is the following: You Must Be 100% Fluent In English and Write with great English skills. We want you to be able to create Unique Real Estate Related Content that we can submit to article syndication sites such as [login to view URL] and use for internet marketing. So if it’s not good enough to go to these sites then please do not bid. --You must have the skills to report on current real estate and economic events and express an opinion through your writing about them. --Always, always, always, include at least one picture/image that accommodates what you are writing about. This makes your articles much more interesting and helps capture a reader’s interest. --We don’t want articles that are wishy-washy and general. We expect you to have an opinion and position on each piece, regardless of the topic. MAKE IT PERSONAL. The writing has to be good enough to link to from internet readers. --3 Articles a week, ranging from 450-500 words, sent to us daily. We want the articles as soon as you do them not all at one time at the end of the week. --Perfectly written english, spelling, and grammar. --100% original, no plagiarism--all articles are going to be checked thoroughly on COPYSCAPE.COM. Any duplicated work will not be paid for and you will have broken our relationship. --Do not duplicate content for our clients. They may be on the same topic perhaps and there of course may be overlap since there is only a finite amount of material to write, but we do not want exact duplicates or even duplicates that are half the same in text or anything. --We will receive exclusive and complete copyrights of all the articles which we may change and alter as we see fit. All author names may be changed and the articles may not be redistributed by anyone other than us. --You must be able to communicate via AIM, or Skype to make sure we are all on the same page. Good communication is very important :) We want to communicate directly with the copywriter. At this moment it is $5 per article, but can definitely grow all the way up to $10 per article. It really depends on how unique and good your work is. Also, you must have a great work ethic that adheres to all of our requirements above. **PLEASE PROVIDE ME A SAMPLE OF YOUR REAL ESTATE WRITING.
