QA and report on RSS feeds(repost)

I would like the successful bidder to check between 50-100 RSS feeds every week day (Monday-Friday) for a month, You will have two duties: a) daily to point out anything anomalous (technical failures etc.) b) compiling a monthly report on 3-5 of the feeds including both the original links and key extracts from what is linked to, identifying whether the comment is positive or negative and pointing out anything that you think newsworthy. Compiling an excel graph showing comment volume and positive versus negative commentary. (I will send you a template) The topic for this section will consumer comment on a UK brand. I will give you a further briefing should you be selected for the job. The work is likely to be ongoing in one form or another. 1) Daily emails, Excel spreadsheet.

2) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
