I need some help with writing a contract. Starting a franchise pharmacy chain in a developing ( third world ) country in Africa.
We open a model template corporate store with a view to replicating it
A franchisees will provide the start up capital for each franchise store and own it
We provide our skills and knowledge to staff, build capacity, deploy technical and professional knowledge to make our various branches the go-to pharmacy wherever they are located.
We run the branches centrally using bulk purchasing, economy of scale, branding, common reproducible customer experience etc to run pharmacies profitably.
We take an annual fee for our services.
There will be exit clauses for franchisees willing to exit at a particular time not less than 5 years from beginning of franchise contract.
You may include hypothetical generic figures we can adapt to each location
