I co-manage a small call center here in the Philippines and we have a group of 5-10 agents who can do this job. Based from experience, it's an advantage to have a partner call center instead of work at home as we can focus on the agent directly and we have stable network connection. No overheads or any. Our agent rate includes our cut to maintain the call center and we will take care of the agent's payout. We have a group of talented agents skilled to do inbound customer service and outbound sales, telemarketing, tech support, data entry, transcription, appointment setter and other backoffice and outsourcing jobs.
