Hi I am civil engineer and I am skilled in designing buildings structurally and architecturally. I can make 3D models in Revit and detail drawings in Revit as well.

I have gone thru the plans that you have. It is a nice project. From a glance the plans seem relatively complete minus foundation sizing and beam sizing(LVL) but I only spend a couple of minutes. Would need to discuss further but $1.00 a sq. ft. is my feel. We have a structural engineer in Florida that can provide stamped drawings included in that price. Let's talk about it, we could turn in a week or so.
