I am looking to create an all-natural, water-based sports drink for myself that could hydrate me better than Gatorade, Powerade, etc (which are known to have a lot of sugar and questionable ingredients for hydration). I would like it to be made with all-natural ingredients, no added sugar and contain the necessary electrolytes and vitamins needed for hydration and recovery, all while tasting good. Lastly, once the drink is made and tastes good enough to drink, I would like the full recipe and list of ingredients for future reference.
