hi, sir i dont think it can be done in CAD/CAM. To achieve quality of the respected images i can do this in Autodesk Maya(3D software widely used in film and gaming indusrty) and rendered in Arnold(render engine in maya) which is gonna look photorelestic. Before entering to the modeling part first I need design the concept art which will take max one day , modeling and texturing(if requires) ,shading will complete max in 2 days. i just join this site few days ago, i don't have any star but you can trust me, you can see my portfolio where i posted few 3D renders which is not similar which you are asking but you can see the quality of my work.
