WPF/XAML UI - A local client 'Live Desktop Wallpaper'

This project entails designing and building the application UI only. I have the application logic and a basic Xaml UI. I need a better Xaml UI than I have the skills to build however. I will supply the application's functionality as a dll with a straightforward api that can be called by the UI event handlers. So the UI will be a thin controller that delegates calls to the supplied dll. The application must be theme aware; it must change its color scheme when the windows color scheme changes (e.g when a background image changes and windows colors change to match the image colors). I have an implementation of this ([login to view URL]) that can be used if no better one is known. The UI requirements are. 1. Theme settings - a control panel for the pc wide theme & slideshow settings ie. interval, shuffle, titling, dark theme, auto color 2. An animated list of 'themes' (fetched from a webserver) in a selectable list. - The list indicates a) Which theme is currently active on the windows machine b) Which theme is selected by the user in the current session c) An apply button to make the selected theme the current theme (async waiter) 3. A current theme area - showing a) The current icon and title b) A (horizontal) list of the images showing on each attached monitor - next and previous buttons appear below each - on double click the image clicked should be scrolled to and selected in the carousel c) A carousel of all images within a certain folder (up to 500 images!) - needs to load quickly in the background - easy to navigate and scroll through quickly - image selection focuses/zooms the image and exposes a menu (preserve, delete, report, set to monitor -> list of monitors, view online) It would be best if all these areas could be fit onto a single app frame. I had used tabs but not sure if that is good. The files attached show my XAML effort - these are merely for illustrative purposes - showing the theme color changes as well as the Metro style desired. The design can depart entirely from there however.
