WPF Labels Form

I have gone through the attached pdf. My understanding of the this wpf application is 1-Create Item form with all the fields mentioned in pdf document. 2-From Search item form labels would be assigned. 3-Assign to Label Form is clear but please guide how would we know whether the label is being printed or not ? will we do it manually by clicking on checkbox ? 4-What is the deadline ?
