1- Users can save personal information records 2- Users can query these records 3- Users must login and can change their login password 4- The DB must be on the cloud 5- We need to count how many query and how many entry per user 6- Each Entry and query cost money 7- The admin can modify these prices and can put money on each user ( variable ) 8- Admin can see how much he gained (between two dates) from a user or all or some ) as query and save results as pdf 9-Admin can add users, disable them 10 - a well written documentation and code comments 11-Users can see how many query and entry and the duration of their account is enable 12- A nice and super friendly user experience 13- A mobile app if doable
