There are easier ways to this using Excel VBA for example, I am not exactly familiar with C programming but use a software like WinAutomation when you can do this seamlessly with a click of a button and some lines of code?

1)Launch Excel 2)take first free column/row 3)Loop starts from 1 or which row you start emails in excel end with take first free column/row output stored variable 4)read the data from excel 5)after that you need to populate text field for web page write the text field for %exceldata[loopindex]% 6)end Loop Note : It will Read data from excel for one one row and submit and post the website if you have any doubts please ping me it is the best approch
