esp32 or esp8266 with fingerprint, rfid sensor : send data to server

i have esp32 [login to view URL] and those commponents [login to view URL] [login to view URL] [login to view URL] [login to view URL] ___________________________________________________________________________________________________________ so what i want is: -First user send command via BT(bluetooth) to device: this is for connection of device with WIFI (so with BT it send SSID and password) -User can send another command via BT to register new FINGERPRINT user (so after sending command need to put finger on sensor - so device assing IDnumber to that fingerprint) -When Device connect to wifi it check first my server or NTP server to update DATE TIME (after every device restart it check/update time) -if user touch ID card to RFID sensor or put finger in fingerprint sensor: device need to send DATE TIME and rfid code or fingerprint IDnumber to my server via http request (POST OR GET) if server response success then that log is deleted from device if server is not responding the success message, or if no internet connection that log is saved on device and device try to push logs to server when connection is established
