Hi! :) I just need you (a competent C programmer) to compile a small C library for Windows.

It's a small stand-alone portable library, and it compiles fine in Linux and DOES already have support for Windows in its code, ie. Windows compilation is supported, but I'm not competent enough to compile it myself in Windows, and it only comes with build instructions for Linux.
I'm guessing this project will be very simple for anyone who is competent with C programming and familiar with the differences between compiling on Linux and Windows.
You can use either gcc (i use tdm-gcc) or Visual Studio (i have 2013 & 2015), and I need 32-bit and 64-bit builds.
And to make things easier, I do NOT need its network functionality -- it uses "libevent" for networking, but this is not needed and can be disabled with --disable-net. The "libevent" library is no longer needed then.
