So this project is only for some very serious Embeded system developers it involves programing of a PIC micro controller specifically PIC16f505 in C language prefered however can also be done in ASM but C would be preferred.
Attached here is a picture of wiring diagram for the PIC16f505.
the process is to be followed according to the circuit is:-
1): Once the device is turned on the LED_1 is on for 5 seconds then off-> LED_2 for 15 seconds then off->LED_3 ON permanent with two buzzer beeps -> 2 seconds later Machine Indicator LED is to be turned ON. with a Music being played on the buzzer.
2):Sn1 Switch is always HIGH as it is a sensor reading once it is low the Machine indicator LED is turned OFF and LED_2 blinks with Buzzer sound(indicating Error).
3):SW1 turns on the Machine Indicator LED or turns it OFF . i.e it is a manual toggle to turn the Machine on/off.
4):SW2 is music mute/unmute.
the notes to be played fo the music on buzzer are as:
int melody[] = { C, b, g, C, b, e, R, C, c, g, a, C };
int duration[] = { 16, 16, 16, 8, 8, 16, 32, 16, 16, 16, 8, 8 };
frequencies of notes are:-
#define c 3830 // 261 Hz
#define d 3400 // 294 Hz
#define e 3038 // 329 Hz
#define f 2864 // 349 Hz
#define g 2550 // 392 Hz
#define a 2272 // 440 Hz
#define b 2028 // 493 Hz
#define C 1912 // 523 Hz
// Define a special note, 'R', to represent a rest
#define R 0
Hi, I'm Ganapathy I have rich experience in AVR, PIC, MIPS , ARM controllers using both Assembly and high level language I understand your project I can get this done.
I can send simulation in Proteus at the end of the project.
if you interested, contact me.
Thank you

Hi Sir!
I am student of MSc MEchatronics and Control Engineering. I have done BSc Electrical Engineering. I am very expert in Micro controller included its all module. I did 2-3 projects using PIC16f505.I will do programming in C language. I will give you best work on time.
I learned to use microcontrollers using PIC. I have used different families, so working with this specific PIC is not going to be a problem. I can work in both, ASM and C, so I will do it as you propose. I find this project quite interesting, and I would like to finish it as soon as possible because I have some other duties regarding my PhD studies.
