Add a stoploss and re -enter position code in my C# trading model/strategy

I use the autotrading program Rightedge to auto trade on the futures market. I would like to build in a check at the opening of a new trading day where the opening price is compared to the close price of previous trading day. If its a loss , send order to close position. next i would like to check (with a pause of for example 5 minutes after the close of the previous position) if the market price crosses yesterdays close price in the right trading direction.. for example yesterdays close (22:00 CET) was at 2500 and i am in a long position (price needs to go up to profit). Next trading day at the opening (01:15 CET). the price opens at 2490. That means submitting a close position trade. At time 01:20 CET my system needs to submit a pending LONG order at price level 2500. As soon as the market price hits this 2500 a new LONG position is opened. I have a cs code of another Rightedge model in which a stop and re-open code is already implemented. this could be used for this assignment.
