Write a business/marketing plan for a new Cell Phone Repair business

Dear Freelancers,

I am in need of a business plan and pitch documents.

It is for a Cell Phone Repair business looking to lease, build-out, and open a new store servicing a local community. We are looking for investments from friends/family/angels/and banks so it must be presentable to all.

I am looking for an experienced business consultant that will help me to build up material that is efficient and sound to potential investors.

I need qualified help with these parts :

1. Market Research

- Show that the market is profitable and big using solid numbers.

- Information about local and major competitors and their business statistics like, number of employees, annual revenue, age of company, valuation, sings that their business is profitable or not. (These information probably require access to commercial business databases.)

- General industry information to show the size and growth of the market.

- Other information of sales, revenues and profits that shows the need of the product.

- Evaluate realistic market penetration predictions

2. Business Plan

- Financial projections (conservative, aggressive, ..)

- Show 10x potential

- Costs completion

- Funding valuation

- Ratios and Metrics (CAC, CLV, MRR, Time to breakeven, ..)

- Franchise potential

3. General business consultation

- I am looking for honest qualified advice for my business

- What to put into business plan what not

- Making the business idea plausible

This is from scratch but I am available with any hands-on experience I have obtained working in the industry. I currently run a small phone repair shop.

Experience with retail and service based businesses is a major plus.
