Hi, Don't trust anyone who claims to be a forex expert! I've got an excel model with 2+ years of hourly market data from IG markets, that can model a number of trade types including placing a trade at the point of Exponential Moving Average crosses. It then back-tests to find the optimum Stop Loss / Take Profit for that trade type. I can use different EMA time periods, e.g. 14/50 or 25/60, different pairs tend to move in different cycles. Can also model orders/trailing stops etc Looks like you are trading AUD/USD? This isn't great for EMA trades, try checking USD/JPY, tends to be one of the more consistent out there. Biggest issue you have with this type of modelling is over-fit, but i can talk to you about that. Hope to hear from you Jay
