Business Coach/ Mentor.

Hello freelancers, Warm Regards to everyone. My name is Ranjeet and I am starting a startup in e-commerce domain. I am in need of personal Coach/Mentor to guide me at every step right from the beginning For both Personal Growth and Business Growth. And because I am bootstrapping my startup so I am looking forward in very competitive and affordable rates. Please note this point. The salient features/mindset/experience needed in Mentor/Coach:- 1. Well experienced in major fields/industries mainly more than 5 years of experience needed. 2. Well versed with all skills and mindset that a mentor/coach should have. 3. Have been worked in major/big consulting firms or companies. 4. A very good Strategy Master. 5. An excellent knowledge in e-commerce and other fields related to e-commerce. My Expectations from a Mentor/Coach:- 1. Guiding me personally over the phone or chat on the problems/hurdles in Business. 2. True and fair in sharing all the knowledge in respect to dealing with both problems of personal growth and business growth. 3. Be ready to give enough time to deal with every Problem /step or every discussion we would have. 4. Be ready to go extra mile in developing business successfully. 5. To Form and guide Strategy to deal with every problem. 6. Creating Business systems so as to build business and run business on its own. 7. Should be well versed with forming Business strategy and Marketing plan. 8. Should be ready to face money problems while executing a startup as it is bootstrapped with my own hard earned money. 9. Be ready and excited to building a startup to a big brand. My Unique Proposal/preposition for great Master/Coach/Mentor:- I am not trying to buy or will never try to buy any Mentor/Coach through Money, No one can. I can only make their precious time valueable through right long term personalised relationship with me and with my business. Proposal :-) A fixed agreed Nominal amount per hour plus commission on sales per quarterly or half yearly (as per your wish) But not less than quarterly. Note:- Nominal fixed amount per hour will be for 3 months simultaneously with commission model and then after 3 months only sales model will be continued. Commission will be 1% of Profit on per goods sold. For example let’s assume profit on 1 lakhs goods sold quarterly is 1lakh*300=3crores then Commission will be 1% of 3crores I,e 3 lakhs(earning). This profit of 300 per sale is not fixed as it depends on certain factors. And 1 lakh quarterly sales are assumptions and depends on growth of business. Sales are expected to be nearby to 10 lakhs per quarterly if we go strategically to form a sustainable growth of business. They will grow if business will grow leading to unlimited earnings.
