Accountability Coach Needed in the Mastermind Program

Hi, We are an accountability group and mastermind program, that creates accountability and drive real results for our members. We help our members capture the vision/ map their goals/ develop the strategy/ track the commitments/ stay accountable/ get real results when it comes to launching their new businesses and new projects. We offer coach-led and result-oriented accountability to keep members motivated and help them stay on track until they achieve their desired results. ROLE: Now we are looking for a dedicated and experienced accountability coach to lead group discussion and offer on-the-spot coaching. We offer 4-week accountability group and 3-month mastermind program. The accountability group contains no more than 8 people plus a coach to facilitate the meeting. We expect you to take the lead to guide and support our members throughout the program, hold them accountable and make sure they get real results. RESPONDSIBILITIES: 1. Host 4-week and 12-week accountability program with 2 days, weekly 90min video Meeting via Zoom ( 90-min goal-setting group session every Mondays and 90-min evaluation session every Fridays.) 2. Daily text check-in on our members. 3. Weekly motivational support and encouragement to our clients via graphics/video/texts/ and audios. 4. Provide your signature modules/roadmaps/toolkits(eg, proven goal-setting template, evaluation template) to help our clients get on board and set up structured and actionable vision/goal-setting/business strategy/action plans. 5. Provide the project management tools or project management board template that can be used to track clients’ process during the program. REQUIREMENTS A proven experience of accountability coaching in the following fields including life coaching/business coaching/career coaching/mind-set coaching/ entrepreneurship coaching. *A coaching certificate will be a plus.
