Starting an Email Marketing Service using Mailwizz, Elastic Email and Sendgrid

We are starting an email marketing service and need a freelancer with real life experience using Mailwizz, connected to Elastic Email and Sendgrid API's. We have already had the server set up and the software installed, but have stalled since then. We tried to set up Elastic Email and cannot get it to work. We routinely sell 500-1000 autoresponder accounts for another company and now are starting our own. We are looking for a long term relationship with a programmer that has experience with Mailwizz and all aspects of email marketing, so we can scale our servers and systems as we grow with new customers.
