I have a house built in the 70s, the house is plus minus 400 Meters away from the sea, I want the house to be upstairs with sea view, a mong the things I want to be included in the house design or plan are: 1. Convert Existing House into Modern House 2. Every Room Must a have Toilet, Shower, build in cupboard, 3. Every Room should have two doors an inside Door and outside sliding 4. Master room must have shower, bath, Toilet, walk in closet, 5. Looking a total between 5 - 6 rooms 6. Tennis court, Jaccuzi, Small Garden, Trees, dog house, 7. Office, Double Garage, 8. Solar geysers, solar power system, 9. Grocery Store room, Kitchen, vistors toilet, Kids play room; Gym, Braaii area, willing to break down the current house but gradually not once off. I like more windows to be included smart house, should I one day buy another house I want to convert this one to guest house. the new additions should be integrated gradually without vacating the house.
