For this project, you will need to identify a computer-based application (mobile or desktop) or website that is not optimized in terms of usability and user experience. The goal of this project is for you design and implement a prototype of this application or website and test that addresses the usability problems you identify. You will also be expected to test this prototype out versus the original site in terms of common usability metrics. The new design should be informed by the principles and theory (CLT, Usability, UX, User-centered design, heuristic evaluation, etc.) covered in the class and evaluated through a usability test.
