ISO/TS 16949-2009 Gap Analysis

I am an ASPICE provisional assessor by qualification. Scope: The gap analysis will be conducted based on IATF 16949 which is a quality system for Automotive Industry. The latest version, 2016, is aligned to ISO 9000 standard with 10 clauses. Tasks: Identify various processes that are currently documented and followed. Categorize the process based on business requirement. Map all the processed with the appropriate clauses of the standard. Prepare a checklist for PIID(Process Implementation Indicator Document). The PIID will indicate how much the current processes are complying with the model. E.G. Not Implemented, Largely Implemented, Partially Implemented and Fully Implemented. Since I have more than 25 years of ISO and CMMi implementation experience, I will be able to provide you with gap analysis report, as per your requirement. The estimated time, I have mentioned as 25 working days which depends on your co-operation and speedy review from your end. As a prerequisite, you may have to share the process documents, templates, checklists, guidelines, etc for me to conduct the gap analysis.
