I have a set of building plans that were designed in accordance with the 2017 Florida Building Code (FBC). The local building department has already accepted these plans from another engineer (I can't get in touch with him) but won't accept my plans unless they are stamped by a Florida registered engineer. Therefore, I need an engineer to quickly review and stamp.
