To complete a full set of architectural documents for construction consisting of for a new 6 story apartment block. Freelancers must possess skills in architectural construction detailing for residential projects. NON ARCHITECTURAL DRAFSTMAN AND DESIGNERS SHOULD NOT BID. Stage 1 – 25% of full documentation completed 20% of total cost Stage 2 – 75% of full documentation completed 50% of total cost Stage 3 – 90% of full documentation completed 20% of total cost Stage 4 – 100% of full documentation 10% of total cost
