I have an existing DA for a second storey. Its currently designed as a two bedroom Dorma and I would like to work with an architect remotely to potentially maximise what I can possibly build within council's scope (I have this information available). The aim to have a pre-DA meeting with council to discuss the extension (S96) The plans will need to be drafted in CAD. I have the current floor plans and the approved plans already in a DWG file. Some files are also the original hand drawn DA plans prepared 10 years ago. Experience in Councils based in NSW is huge and Waverley Council would be amazing

Hi there, Depending on the scope of work, if you simply just want to have drawings drawn up in CAD I can do it very quickly. It'd be good to have some plans shown here and we can estimate the time and cost.
