I'm a mechanical engineer - specialized in the industrial robotic field, 3D designer and modeler (from time to time and some projects I could make the functional prototype too). I'm doing product design, industrial design, reverse engineering, ideation, etc. I have over 15 years experience working on various systems/devices across multiple industries, from concept to launch. 1 - from what i get, you need to extract and model each part of an assembly, and create the bom list 2 - based on the dwg you'll send, i could make each individual part, exporting in different cad format, including shop drawings with dimensions and tolerances 3 - based on the assembly model, i will create the bom (bill of materials) in excel, where you'll see the pieces, their attributes, quantity, physical parameters (weight, volume, etc) 4 - if necessary (if exist in the assembly) i will make the flat patterns for the parts which require bending the right price and time frame will be adjusted after i'll see the complexity of the assembly...
