Hi. I read the project descripton and i can configure all the visual studio to debugging mode and will help you in debugging. So you can enable Edit and Continue so you make changes while debugging. Also i will give you some tips so how can you optimize your cooding while debugging. I am pretty confident that i can do this and if you need then i will configure all the website on your system. I have over 20 years using classic asp and asp.net technologies. References are available on request. From what you have listed in you attached .png image this is not a classic asp site. It is an ASP.Net site. The .aspx extnsions show that. But the inclusion of .inc files looks like it was originally a classic asp site. Looks like an old version or some type of hybrid. If you have a working website you should be able to manage the project using VS 2017 but may need some configuration changes. If you would like to send me all the website files I can take a look and tell you what needs to be done. I cannot give you a firm bid until I have all the website files.
