Build a Website

This project involves the continuation of development of a web application in order to free up our CTO for other work. The Freelancer would be required to follow the same coding pattern that is already laid out in the existing project and support will be provided where there are questions about this. Skills in converting templates to responsive are essential as they would be required to convert the existing UI to be fully responsive. Mobile designs are available for guidance. Designs have already been done for the main screen and sub-screens will be almost identical to the main screen with some elements removed or moved around slightly. The Design Specification for the application is attached. The project will use a Neo4j Graph Database at the back-end. Connection to Neo4j has been sufficiently abstracted to make it trivial to work with, such that minimal direct interfacing with Neo4j would be required for the most part but support will be provided as and when required. Developing the administration system is not part of this work but a basic admin system exists within the project.
