MMORPG Fansite Service Provider -- .NET Masterpage/UI Design Needed (css/jquery)

We currently run a fansite for the MMO EVE Online. This fansite uses the EVE Online API and a third-party program called Poker Mavens to create a Texas Hold'Em Poker website/service usable by EVE Online players using the in-game (virtual) currency. This fansite is implemented using VB.NET with a MSSQL backend. The current website can be found here:

We are looking for someone to implement a masterpage design based on existing websites and mockups for a new website which we have already had made. This task will include writing XHTML, CSS and JS/Jquery, as well as understanding how the tie-ins to server-side VB.NET code and SQL calls work within the context of the design.

The new design will be in a similar style to this website, but (hopefully) less bulky in size: [url removed, login to view]

## Deliverables

A crude partial/initial implementation of this site can be seen here: [url removed, login to view] This should only be used to get a better idea of what we are looking for, since the actual quality of this demo is low.

Individual tasks in the design include:

* Clean and professional looking placement of components and display of text.

* Implementation of header section, two content sections, and a footer section that render relative to each other appropriately across multiple browsers.

* Modification of Telerik menu/submenu controls or implementation of custom menu /submenu controls, providing (possibly) jquery-based information boxes for each menu item on hover.

* Implementation of a smooth scrolling ticker using either Telerik controls or a custom implementation.

* Implementation of two independent content boxes with proper spacing and styled scrollbars, etc.

* Support for future theming of controls, background, and other graphics.

* Implementation of styled lightboxes, possibly built upon existing Telerik controls.

* Create and use basic images for use in completing the look and feel of the website. This does NOT include banners and menu icons. These will be provided separately.
