Whether you are running a store or managing a raw material warehouse, maintaining right inventory level is the key to success. If not managed accurately, consequence will be either of the following:
- Stock-out (resulting in inability to serve internal or external customers, loss of business and spoiled market reputation)
- Over-stock (resulting in tying up of precious funds in inventory, impaired cash flow, unnecessary storage costs and expiry/obsolescence of goods in certain cases)
Don’t worry! with my experience in Material Management, I can set the right inventory levels for your store/warehouse, so that you neither go out-of-stock nor get over-stocked.
I will define the following parameters for each of your item:
- Safety Stock (i.e. minimum stock that you should always keep, in order to meet any unforeseen requirements)
- Re-order Level (i.e. the inventory level at which you must order new goods)
- Economic Order Quantity (i.e. quantity you should order every time to achieve overall low costs)
- Maximum Stock Level (i.e. the level beyond which your inventory should not go)
So get in touch, to get control on your inventory.
