Content for a new website

We are Hawkeye Windows & Doors, Inc, an American window and door company that imports European windows and doors for sales and distribution nationwide. As of this year we did not have a website but marked ourselves via word-of-mouth and through architects and designers. We are now creating a website. We need a content writer. We want our story told in a light hearted, good-humor and a not-to-take-ourselves-to-serious way. Very much of our product is very series and technical. However, we try not to take ourselves so series and we want that thread to shine in our new website. We will need this list: 1. Catchy content on the landing/home page 2. A Bio and personal history 3. A company history likely part of #2 above 4. A re-write of an article, “How to choose a replacement window company” to “How to choose a window company”. Needs a complete re-write to be original. 5. A well thought out piece to differentiate our Euro windows from domestic brands.* *Note. I will have an infograph created that highlight the different features of our Euro window vs typical domestic brands. The written content I am asking for will need to explain the benefits to the customer/client. IE: What's in it for them. We aim to create a pleasant and enjoyable buying process for our clients and want that fun and vitality to be apparent in our content. We need content that paints a picture for our clients and weaves in imagery, possibilities, desires; not just facts. Therefore, we need a very confident person with superior written talent who can create a natural and beautiful flow with words. A person that can create a mental website within our website. Of course, SEO is very important aspect. We have a design team working on the website and will work with us going forward to fine tune the SEO. I anticipate our content will play a large roll in this. The person/firm selected will have a strong likelihood to continue working with us in the future with articles, updates and social media posts. I intentionally did not upload any files at this time. I do have a bit of a write-up for a bio, company history, window differentiation and the replacement window article. Will share that with select individuals. My target price is $750.
