We are launching local health and wellness challenges nationwide and need some help getting the word out! Our challenges help communities get healthier, employers provide a great benefit for the employees and provide an excellent marketing tool for businesses in the health and wellness industry. Simply, challenge participants log their health and wellness activities in a mobile app or online, earn points, compete with each other and have a chance to earn prizes from sponsors. You can see an example of a local challenge at www.gethealthyiowacity.com.
Our growth model is simple. We will be giving a way a presenting sponsorship to one organization in each community who will act as our health and wellness ambassador. Then, with their help, we will contact all health and wellness related businesses to offer sponsorship opportunities. We will also contact employers in the area to offer the program to their Human Resources department as an employee wellness benefit. As all this happens, we start blanketing the area with social media marketing, press releases and more.
Your role will be to help us write content relating to our challenges such as whitepapers on topics like community wellness, employee wellness, member engagement and more. You'll also assist in writing website content and social media content that will be used in each of the local challenges. We will provide similar articles and white papers to draw information from; however, they will need to be original works. We will also provide information from research on which to base the articles.
Examples of White Papers that need to be written:
* Benefits of Employee Wellness Programs involving Exercise, Nutrition and Wellness Activities
* Benefits and Suggested Methods of Increasing Member Engagement for Fitness Centers
