But we prefer someone with education and/or experience in traditional media writing but with an edge and a unique voice. Someone who isn't afraid to defy what they learned in school, but still understands it. WordPress. If you understand how to run a Wordpress site, then you are already smart enough for this. You need to understand how to add text, images, titles, etc. Basic Photoshop/Paint. Nothing extensive, just the ability to edit images when necessary. Resizing, cropping, things like that. And above all, you need an eye for killer content. We are looking for people who can find the next huge viral article. The next article everyone will be talking about. That is our focus, so you must excel at this. No story is uniquely produced and all content will already be out there on the web. You must be able to come up with great titles that entice people to click on them. Pay is per amount of articles written.
