I will create for you a multi platform app (iOS, Android, Windows) that allow to display in a map the current location of the user, the app will include the logos that you give. The App will provide an option to create notes with photo, time and description, all with coordinates. And You can send by email or download information. I need to know better your idea and I think can deliver it in less time.
