Infographic video animation 1 minute only

Hi guys, We have a client that needs infographic short animation, only 1 minutes, mainly for Instagram and Facebook. The message that our client want to send is basically to warn people from letting the merchants (cold stores, Fashion shops, restaurants..etc) swipe their credit/debit cards after they swipe or insert it in the POS (point of Sale) machine. The message in details can be seen in the attached brochures. However, we want to send it in a very simple straight forward animation video through simple characters and [login to view URL] mention the secret word HALO when quoting [login to view URL] feeling of the message should be a WARNING! so it gets people attention that this matter is very important and dangerous. Please quote us for this ASAP and put in mind that its very urgent project but in the same time the organization is non profitable organization.
