3D Animation of a big LED Ball

Dear all,
we are a design agency in zurich, switzerland, looking for 3D artist who can help us with a short animation of a big LED illuminated Ball. Its part of a client presentation, the video should be not longer than few seconds (up to 10 sec) showing a first draft of the concept.
the concept: the globe/ball is a Installation between two houses (see attached).
From you, we need a plain LED Ball in twilight/dark environment.
The surface of the ball is covered with LEDs, and it can be utilised with colour gradients, ticker with weather forecast, short texts etc. The Animation should show the changing possibilities.
We have a Full HD presentation, the video should be that ratio, we can deliver an vectorbased ball (attached) and the texts/picture which sould be animated.
We need the animation within the next 24 Hours.

I have few questions. Do you need that ball to be implemented inside existing video? Or you need separated? Do you need that ball to illuminate light? Do you need that ball to spin around?
