I'd like to develop a VR simulation using a basic steering wheel and gas pedal input device where a driver is driving a car in a city environment with people walking on the side walks and crossing the sidewalks we only need 1 mission you stuck in a car driving turning left and right and driving around with people walking around we want to build a platform for testing car features it can be a simple city with just a few square blocks maybe 2x2 or 3x3 blocks all pretty real world there might be some X factor cars and people we want to build in it like a runner running in the cross walk out of nowhere or faster or slower cars It could be good to have two car types... suv and sedan we can buy a 3D model of it on a stock 3D model website but it needs to be textured really well it would have stop lights, cross walks, buildings, trees, basic city details and we would drive around the city as if we were normally driving I don't have a preference on the platform used but we do want it to be higher quality resolution and visualization this is for more of internal use than external but we will be showing this to business clients so it needs to be higher quality I think we should use stock content where possible. I need a basic proposal with a budget, timeline, and any samples you've done that are similar. Also, if you have any inspiration simulations like we're talking about that would be great to see.
