Python Add-On for Kodi, Android/FTP External Hard Drive Client

Looking into contract someone to create a Python Add-on to work within Kodi on an Android Box. Basic concept is the Add-On will get a file list from an FTP site, and compare it to the external hard drive on the device. It would display only the files that have been updated (designate newer version available), or the files that are not present on the current drive. It would allow multiple selections of the files listed, and then download them to the local drive. Settings for operator would be minimal, select local folder (must be able to access external hard drive), and select FTP address/port/login/pass/Home Folder. Must be able to accommodate multiple FTP sites.
